First we have to understand that E-Counseling or E-Therapy should be considered an independent industry now.  There are some 20 or 30 sites around the internet that are providing E-Counseling primarily through Email and Text Chat sessions.

The real question is what are we doing that no one else is?  The answer is really a couple things, We are a global (therefore multi-lingual and multi-cultural), and we provide ON-LINE counseling, coaching and supervision through secure Email, Text Chat, like everyone else does but we have reintroduced the non-verbal communication by adding Audio Chat, and Audio/Video Chat. 

We have written our own programming and code to provide all these services without using any outside programs or service providers.  We will not request the client to use or open an account with MSN, AOL, Yahoo, Google Talk, or Skype.  We will also not send therapeutic emails to your primary Email provider.  We are providing a secure and independent service, on a dedicated server, on our own web site.

If you spend enough time looking you will see “multi-lingual” mentioned on this site a lot.  What that means to us is that you, the counselor or the client, can communicate in not only your native language, but both will be talking to someone who has lived the language and the culture.  This is actually more of an issue now that it has ever been because many businesses have gone global, and many people are living outside their native culture for work.  For example you are Lebanese but living in London for business.  You want to speak with a counselor who is going to understand without the language and cultural barriers (believe me when I say they are significant).
